2. Tendering Projects

The clients are tendering the works but are only taking the projects to a certain stage instead of signing for fully build construction.

3. Sourcing of Construction Material

Another concern is the delivery of oversea construction material and products. Study shows that around 17% of the construction materials come from China. A due to high Covid-19 struck situation of China, the raw materials and products are to be sourced from elsewhere.
