The social area has been designed on the first level. The main entrance has a small porch where two motorcycles can even enter, as seen in the floor plan; the bedrooms are located on the second and third floors.
The bedrooms are illuminated and ventilated
mainly from the front, but thanks to the fact that the land has no boundaries,
a bay has also been opened on the side. We believe that in case of limiting
with other constructions, it could be used -only- the front windows without
affecting the entry of light and air.
Second Flood Plan |
On the second-floor level is the main bedroom (5), which has a bathroom (4) and a garden terrace (6); At this level, a small music room stands out or is attached to the bedroom that is surrounded by the green area of the terrace - garden (see the photo of the facade later).
Plan of Main Facade |
The facade has a modern structure made up of a compact block with smooth walls on the first floor, and on the second floor, the corrugated metal sheets are used as a coating. Finally, on the third level, square steel tubes were used as virtual protection for the terrace, which helps to stylize the design. Let's see:
In the interior of the house, materials
such as bamboo cane and rustic oak wood were used that we can see applied both
in furniture as well as some details in the ceilings to help define areas. Such
materials are also used in ParkView City homes. The small ceiling beams have been painted the same color as
the walls.

With the combination of materials and colors, bright and modern environments have been achieved. Wood and bamboo cane gives a touch of warmth, all at a low cost in construction.
Open space that integrates the social area |
Stairs Design with Bathroom Below The Shelf Door of the Bathroom Integrates into the Design |
When there is little space, it is necessary to use the areas that remain unused, for example designing the bathroom under the stairs, as well as the use of shelves; These two concepts have been used in this economical house with great results.
The bedrooms have an interesting decorative element, such as bamboo cane as a fabric; the natural fibers give the house an organic style interior design.
First Floor Bedroom and Attached Bathroom |
On the second floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom have been designed (see plan) with a sink outside, which allows it to be used while the toilet is occupied.
