Compound Wall Construction Vaasthu

Compound wall construction is the process that is performed before starting the construction of the house/building. We will look into the different steps that are taken care of during the construction process of a compound wall incorporating the features of vasthu.




Compound Wall Construction Procedures


Step 1: The first step is to identify the boundary of the plot and carry out demarcation.  If the SW or SE corner is extended in some case, it is adjusted such that those corners make 90 degrees.

Step 2: The digging process for the compound wall is started from the NE then towards the SW. The digging is done at a height of 3 to 4 feet.

Step 3: The direction of compound wall construction must start from the SW towards SE & from SW towards NW. Thus, at last, the NE should finish.

Step 4: The thickness of wall on South and Western side must be thicker than the Eastern and Northern side.

Step 5: It is expected to have no cracks in the southern and the western sides of the compound wall.

Step 6: The S/W compound wall must have an angle of 90 degrees

Step 7: Wal height in North and East must be lower than Southwest walls.
